<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-EDA-256 <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (EDC) <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission (EDC) consist of members <br />appointed by the Economic Development Authority (EDA); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there are currently three vacant seats, which expire on December 31, <br />2009; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the EDA reviewed the applicants to the EDC, and recommend <br />reappointing Jason Helgemoe, Gary Meehlhause, and Torri Johnson to the EDC, as <br />recommended by the EDC at the November 20, 2009, EDC Meeting. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Economic Development <br />Authority (EDA) do hereby approve reappointing Jason Helgemoe, Gary Meehlhause , and <br />Torri Johnson for a three year term to expire on December 31, 2012. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 2009 by the <br />Mounds View Economic Development Authority <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, President <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />______________________________________ <br />James Ericson, Executive Director <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
