She then said she does not think 130 <br />that it is, as most of it is wetland. 131 <br /> 132 <br />Director Ericson indicated that there are significant development impediments due to the 133 <br />wetlands on the site and the soils may not be suitable in the upland portion of the property. He 134 <br />then said that it is his belief that the property owners may let this revert back to the State for 135 <br />unpaid taxes but this way they get a benefit by giving it to the City. 136 <br /> 137 <br />President Marty indicated that Council has decided that they would not be going ahead with 138 <br />developing an overlook until the trailways on both sides of Highway 10 are done so it may never 139 <br />be done.
