To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 04-EDA- <br />184, a Resolution Authorizing Staff to Arrange for an Appraisal of Commercial Property Known <br />as Gas & Wash, at 2525 County Highway 10 in Mounds View. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 1(Stigney) Motion carried. <br /> <br />7. REPORTS <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman indicated that the developer has signed the <br />petition and waiver agreement and provided a check for $8,000 on the Hidden Hollow project. <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman he then indicated that the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the preliminary plat and there will be a public hearing before Council <br />on May 10, 2004. <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman indicated that CVS Pharmacy is progressing and <br />the preliminary plat is scheduled to be before the Planning Commission on May 5, 2004. <br /> <br />8.
