Consider Acceptance of a Proposal to Purchase and Renovate the EDA- <br />owned Property Located at 2091 Hillview Road. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Ericson indicated that a Request for Proposals has been sent <br />out and Staff is recommending that the proposal from GR Danielson and Sons be approved. He <br />then indicated that if the contract is not approved Staff is seeking authorization to go with the <br />next highest offer. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Marty. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 01-EDA- <br />154, a Resolution Authorizing Acceptance of a Proposal to Purchase and Renovate the EDA- <br />owned Property Located at 2091 Hillview Road. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />9.
