APPROVAL OF EDA MINUTES <br /> <br />A. May 28, 2002 Minutes. <br />B. May 13, 2002 Minutes will be approved on July 22, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Thomas requested permission to abstain from voting as she was not present at the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Marty arrived at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Quick.
