EDA BUSINESS <br /> <br /> A. Resolution 02-EDA-165, Approving Developer Payment for Building N <br />Project. <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman explained that in February there was an approval <br />for a developer payment in the amount of $24,311.35 to Everest Group for Building N. He then <br />indicated there had been recalculation discussions and it has been determined that an additional <br />$1,239.96 is due to complete the February payment. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomas. To Approve Resolution 02-EDA-165, Approving <br />Developer Payment for Building N Project. <br /> <br />Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman noted he had sent a memo to Everest conveying <br />the City’s wishes with regard to the CG Hill request and said he was available to answer any <br />questions the Authority may have. <br /> <br /> <br />9.
