Fiskars Inc. <br /> Exempt Benefits - Continued <br /> Employee Retirement/401(1c) Plans <br /> Fiskars provides an employee Retirement Plan in which you are eligible to enroll beginning <br /> January 1, following six months of service. Vesting is accomplished at the rate of 15% each <br /> calendar year, during which time you need to complete at least 1,000 hours of service. Fiskars <br /> contributes 3%of your total annual salary plus an additional 3% on the portion of your salary over <br /> $22,900.00. <br /> You are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan beginning January 1, following six months of <br /> service. You may withhold up to 15% of your pay, with Fiskars matching$0.75 for every $1.00 <br /> of the first 6%of your withholdings. <br /> 125H Plan <br /> Fiskars provides an 125H Plan which allows you certain pre-tax deductions. There are two parts <br /> to Fiskars Plan: Premium Conversion and FIexible Spending Account. The Premium <br /> Conversion allows you to pay your portion of Fiskars' group dental insurance premiums before <br /> Federal, Social Security and most State taxes are deducted from your paycheck. The Flexible 111 <br /> Spending Account enables you to redirect a portion of your salary into a tax-free account. The <br /> two types of expenses that may be paid pre-tax through this Plan are: 1) Unreimbursed Medical <br /> Expenses and 2) Dependent Day Care Expenses. <br /> Educational Reimbursement <br /> Fiskars will reimburse you for certain business related educational costs with prior approval. The <br /> reimbursement will cover 100% of the costs for tuition and fees, upon completion of the course <br /> with a passing grade.
