Mounds View City Council November 8, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting Page 3 <br /> <br />Council Member Stigney asked how much of the operation administration budget of $560,100 1 <br />was for salaries and benefits of the seven staff members. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Mr. Musil stated it was a little under $400,000. 4 <br /> 5 <br />C. Resolution 6390, Canvass the 2004 General Election Results 6 <br /> 7 <br />Council Member Stigney asked if there were any challenges, and Desiree stated that she was not 8 <br />aware of any. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Mayor Linke read Resolution 6390 aloud. 11 <br /> 12 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Linke/Gunn. To approve Resolution 6390 as presented. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Mayor Linke stated there will be a special election in February or March, to be decided after the 15 <br />vacancy is actually declared. 16 <br /> 17 <br /> Ayes -5 Nays -0 Motion carried. 18 <br /> 19 <br />8. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Council Member Marty asked whether the item for $303.47 on page 3, fourth item down, was for 22 <br />one chair. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Finance Director Charlie Hanson stated that it was for one chair for the police department, and 25 <br />that chairs less expensive don’t hold up well. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Quick. To waive the reading and approve the Just and Correct 28 <br />Claims as presented. 29 <br /> 30 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays -0 Motion carried 31 <br /> 32 <br />9.
