Linke/Gunn. To approve Resolution 6390 as presented. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Mayor Linke stated there will be a special election in February or March, to be decided after the 15 <br />vacancy is actually declared. 16 <br /> 17 <br /> Ayes -5 Nays -0 Motion carried. 18 <br /> 19 <br />8. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Council Member Marty asked whether the item for $303.47 on page 3, fourth item down, was for 22 <br />one chair. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Finance Director Charlie Hanson stated that it was for one chair for the police department, and 25 <br />that chairs less expensive don’t hold up well. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Quick.
