Set a Public Hearing for Monday, November 22, 2004 at 7:10 p.m. to 1 <br />Consider a Conditional Use Permit Request for a Fuel Station at 2280 2 <br />County Road. I. 3 <br /> 4 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Linke/Stigney. To Approve the Items A, B, and E of the Consent Agenda 5 <br />as presented. 6 <br /> 7 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried 8 <br /> 9 <br />C. Resolution 6387, Approving a Contract Award for the 2005 to 2007 10 <br /> Residential Water Service Repair Program. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Council Member Marty stated that the Finance Director had said they took in more than they 13 <br />spent out this year, and this is a two-year contract, so he would like to see this item presented 14 <br />back to the Council in a year, so if they are charging too much, then they could drop that fee 15 <br />some. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Public Works Director Lee stated that staff is monitoring this program, and they would like to get 18 <br />more than two years of data. He said if it does show a trend, they can make adjustments to it, but 19 <br />they did not want to make adjustments at this time with only one year completed. 20 <br /> 21 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Stigney. To waive the reading and Approve Resolution 6387 as 22 <br />presented. 23 <br /> 24 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 25 <br /> 26 <br />D. Resolution 6388 Approving a Contract Award for the Public Works 27 <br />Department Uniforms. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Council Member Marty complimented Tracy of the Public Works Department for saving the city 30 <br />several thousand dollars on this item. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Public Works Director Lee stated that Tracy had done a good job pulling this together and saving 33 <br />the city money. 34 <br /> 35 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Quick. To waive the reading and approve Resolution 6388 as 36 <br />presented. 37 <br /> 38 <br /> Ayes -5 Nays -0 Motion carried. 39 <br /> 40 <br />10. COUNCIL BUSINESS 41 <br /> 42 <br />A. 7:05pm Public Hearing Resolution 6375, an Off Sale Liquor License for 43 <br />Network Liquor Store, LLC located at 2345 County Road H2 (transfer of 44 <br />ownership). 45
