To Approve the Items A, B, and E of the Consent Agenda 5 as presented. 6 7 Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried 8 9 C. Resolution 6387, Approving a Contract Award for the 2005 to 2007 10 Residential Water Service Repair Program. 11 12 Council Member Marty stated that the Finance Director had said they took in more than they 13 spent out this year, and this is a two-year contract, so he would like to see this item presented 14 back to the Council in a year, so if they are charging too much, then they could drop that fee 15 some. 16 17 Public Works Director Lee stated that staff is monitoring this program, and they would like to get 18 more than two years of data. He said if it does show a trend, they can make adjustments to it, but 19 they did not want to make adjustments at this time with only one year completed. 20 21 MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Stigney. To waive the reading and Approve Resolution 6387 as 22 presented. 23 24 Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 25 26 D. Resolution 6388 Approving a Contract Award for the Public Works 27 Department Uniforms. 28 29 Council Member Marty complimented Tracy of the Public Works Department for saving the city 30 several thousand dollars on this item. 31 32 Public Works Director Lee stated that Tracy had done a good job pulling this together and saving 33 the city money. 34 35 MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Quick. To waive the reading and approve Resolution 6388 as 36 presented. 37 38 Ayes -5 Nays -0 Motion carried. 39 40 10. COUNCIL BUSINESS 41 42 A. 7:05pm Public Hearing Resolution 6375, an Off Sale Liquor License for 43 Network Liquor Store, LLC located at 2345 County Road H2 (transfer of 44 ownership). 45
