RESOLUTION NO. 6394 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDING THE 2004 TIF DISTRICT FUNDS AND COMMUNITY FUND BUDGETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolutions 6149 and 6150 on December 8, <br />2003 adopting budgets for the year 2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at various times during 2004 approved actions that <br />were in the best interest of the City, but that required expenditures that were in excess of <br />the amounts in the adopted budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council adopts the following <br />amendments to the 2004 Budget: <br />Community Fund Revenues: <br />Reimbursements Increase $18,000 <br /> <br /> Community Fund Expenditures: <br />Street lights Capital outlay Increase $78,000 <br /> <br /> TIF District #1 Special Revenue Fund Expenditures: <br />Street lights Capital outlay Increase $191,000 <br />County Road H Sidewalk Capital outlay Increase $346,512 <br /> <br /> TIF District #2 Special Revenue Fund Expenditures: <br />Redevelopment Assistance Capital outlay Increase $75,000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of November 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator
