<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6405 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE TIMESAVER RECORDING SECRETARY CONTRACT <br />ADDENDUM FOR 2004 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TimeSaver has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and Planning <br />Commission meeting since 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and staff are pleased with the thoroughness and accuracy of <br />the minutes taken by TimeSaver; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the contract proposed for 2005 includes a nominal increase of fees over the <br />approved 2004 addendum. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council agrees to and <br />accepts the terms of TimeSaver 2005 contract (see attachment). <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of December, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />Jerry Linke.
