Mounds View City Council December 30, 2002 Regular Meeting Page 9 Council Member Stigney commented that the City has been burned on a number of contracts and 360 he is very cautious. 361 362 Council Member Thomas indicated the contract did not seem clear as to the number of days the 363 City is allowed to use the facility. 364 365 Mr. Bradley indicated that he understood that the City has 10 days per year to use the facility. 366 367 Council Member Thomas indicated she did not find language limiting the City to 10 days. 368 369 Mr. Bradley indicated the City would need to provide notice and, if the Center is not reserved, 370 then the City is free to use it. 371 372 Council Member Thomas suggested setting guidelines on what the City will request for use of 373 the Center because every time the City uses the Center it takes away from the profit. 374 375 Mr. Bradley indicated he has 22 more events booked than at this time last year. 376 377 Council Member Stigney asked whether he anticipated conflicts with dates from the City and 378 whether an advance list from the City is required. 379 380 Mr. Bradley indicated there has not been an issue but requested that City Staff provide dates to 381 him as soon as possible. 382 383 Mayor Sonterre read Section 6, Item B5 that indicates that the City will provide a list of dates on 384 or before the first business day of January for the first half of the year and on or before the first 385 business day in July for the last half of the year.
