City Council Minutes February 24, 2003 3 4 Council Member Marty asked whether the firm that installed the audio at the Community Center 5 was going to come to Council as requested. 6 7 Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated they have said they did not wish to do so but the 8 City has received the schematics as requested as well as a $200.00 reduction and apologies for 9 how the process was handled. 10 11 Council Member Stigney asked whether there was an explanation of the antennae cable. 12 13 Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated that he would need to obtain clarification on that. 14 15 Council Member Marty asked if Chief Sommer was looking into requiring thumbprints. 16 17 Council Member Marty requested the following change: On Page 15, Line 16 and 17 add 18 Senator Bernardy and Representative Betzold. 19 20 Council Member Stigney asked why Staff went ahead and paid them because he thought payment 21 approval would come before Council. 22 23 Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated the Resolution approved authorized Staff to release 24 payment once the requested information was received. 25 26 MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn. To Approve the City Council Minutes of February 24, 2003, 27 as Amended. 28 29 Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 30 31 B. City Council Minutes, Monday, March 24, 2003 32 33 Council Member Marty requested the following change: On Page 3, Lines 14 and 15 indicate 34 that he noted that a breakdown in January would have cost far more than the alternative pump by 35 possibly shutting the City down for a week or two. 36 37 MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the City Council Minutes of March 24, 2003, 38 as Amended. 39 40 Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 41 42 Council Member Marty indicated he would like to commend the recording secretary as the 43 quality of the Minutes has been excellent. 44 45
