9 <br />In addition to the street mileage report, construction needs must be submitted to the state for all <br />MSAS designated streets. The needs report will be updated to reinstate those streets that have <br />reached 20 years of age and are now eligible for full construction needs. <br /> <br />The State Aid Engineers Office has reviewed past Annual Certification Mileage reports and has <br />indicated that Mounds View has an additional 1.27 miles that can be added to the MSAS system. <br />On April 14, 2003, City Council approved Resolution No. 5990 designating additions to the <br />Municipal State Aid Street System. These street segment additions were: <br /> <br />Roadway From To Approximate Length <br />Jackson Street Hillview Road Co. Rd. H2 0.75 miles <br />Sunnyside Road Co. Rd. H2 Co. Rd. H 0.50 miles <br /> <br />These proposed roadway additions utilized approximately 8.62 miles of the 8.64 miles available <br />for addition to the Minnesota State Aid Street System. The balance of the mileage (0.02 miles) <br />will be carried forward to future years, if further additions are made to the Minnesota State Aid <br />Street System. <br /> <br />This year the City’s allotment is $390,465.00. This is up from the 2002 allotment of $388,080.00. <br /> <br /> <br />WATER USE REPORT <br />The Annual Water Use Report was submitted to the Department of Natural Resources along with <br />a permit fee of $2,052.42 on February 6, 2002. The total volume of water pumped in 2002 was <br />456.094 million gallons of water. As always we have invited the Pinewood and <br />Sunnyside Elementary students (2nd and 3rd Grade) to visit and tour our facilities. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORT (CCR) <br />In April, the development of the City’s Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), regarding the City’s <br />water and related information, was initiated. SL-serco will be working with Staff again to compile <br />the information that was provided by the Minnesota Department of Health. As per the Minnesota <br />Department of Health, these reports must be in the consumers’ hands by July 1.
