RESOLUTION NO. 6008 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION HIRING NICHOLAS FLEISCHHACKER AS A SANITARY <br />SEWER MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has given direction to <br />hire a Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Employee; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the position was advertised and the City received 45 <br />applications; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nicholas Fleischhacker is qualified for the position and <br />would begin employment with the City on May 13, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Fleischhacker will be a member of the Public <br />Works Collective Bargaining Unit, and as such, would be subject to the <br />established job classification system with regard to the pay scale as set forth in <br />the Public Works Labor Agreement, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Fleischhacker qualifies for Level B pay scale <br />based on the criteria set forth by said Labor Agreement, which is currently <br />established at $16.34 per hour; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Fleischhacker would be subject to a twelve month <br />probationary period and all other personnel policies as per the Public Works <br />Labor Agreement and the City’s personnel manual. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve hiring Nicholas Fleischhacker as a Sanitary Sewer <br />Maintenance Employee for the City of Mounds View Public Works Department <br />effective May 13, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of May 2003. <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> _______________________________ <br /> James Ericson <br />Interim City Clerk/Administrator <br />(SEAL)
