<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6026 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Budget Liquor <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Budget Liquor’s Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2003; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Budget Liquor’s Intoxicating Liquor <br />License; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Intoxicating Liquor License approval is subject to a satisfactory <br />fire inspection; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for Budget Liquor. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 9th day of June, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
