<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6035 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Network Liquor on 10 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Network Liquor on 10’s Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, <br />2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Network Liquor on 10’s Intoxicating <br />Liquor License; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Intoxicating Liquor License approval is subject to a satisfactory <br />fire inspection. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Intoxicating Liquor License for Network Liquor on 10. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of June, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL)
