<br />2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6054 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH FESTIVAL <br />IN THE PARK OF MOUNDS VIEW FOR THE 2003 FESTIVAL IN THE PARK EVENT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View desires to co-sponsor an annual <br />community event entitled “Mounds View Festival in the Park” to be held on August 16 <br />and August 17, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 2003 Festival Agreement, attached as Exhibit A, has been <br />reviewed by the City Council, its attorney and its insurance carrier and has been <br />reviewed and approved for execution by the Festival in the Park of Mounds View, the <br />non-profit organization in charge of the Festival. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve the attached Festival Agreement as set forth in Exhibit A and <br />authorizes its execution by the Mayor and City Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of July 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
