<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6058 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP INCREASE FOR MARY BURG, <br />BRIDGES GOLF COURSE MANAGER <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bridges Golf Course Manager Mary Burg is a regular full-time <br />employee who began working for the City of Mounds View on December 23, <br />2002; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Burg’s work performance has been rated satisfactory and <br />higher by her supervisor; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Burg’s supervisor recommends that the City Council <br />approve a wage adjustment from Step three to Step four, consistent with the <br />City’s personnel policies and with Resolution 5895, adopted December 9, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a step increase for Mary Burg from Step three <br />($29.41/hr) to Step four ($31.05/hr) effective June 23, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th Day of July, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Item No: 8O <br />Meeting Date: July 14, 2003 <br />Type of Business: Consent <br />
