<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6071 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP INCREASE FOR KATHI OSMONSON, <br />MOUNDS VIEW BUILDING OFFICIAL / FIRE MARSHAL <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kathi Osmonson, Mounds View’s Building Official and Fire <br />Marshal, began working for the City of Mounds View as a regular full-time <br />employee on January 2, 2002; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Osmonson’s work performance has been rated <br />satisfactory and higher by her supervisor; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Osmonson’s supervisor recommends that the City <br />Council approve a wage adjustment from Step Four to Step Five, consistent with <br />the City’s personnel policies and with Resolution 5668, adopted December 10, <br />2001. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a step increase for Kathi Osmonson from Step <br />Four ($23.80/hr) to Step Five ($25.05/hr) retroactive to July 2, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th Day of August, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
