RESOLUTION NO. 6078 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />CANCEL THE BID DATE OF AUGUST 21, 2003 AND RE-ESTABLISH A BID <br />DATE OF SEPTEMBER 4, 2003 FOR THE COUNTY ROAD H SIDEWALK <br />PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 28, 2003, the City Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 6054 establishing an August 21, 2003 bid date for the County Road H <br />Sidewalk Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, additional time is needed to revise the plans and <br />specifications to address issues and concerns raised by the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District pertaining to the impacts the sidewalk may have on spring <br />creek; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this additional work and plan revisions will require that <br />the bid date be postponed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a September 4, 2003, 10:00 a.m. bid date will provide <br />ample time to revise the plans and provide the required notification to <br />contractors. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View <br />City Council does hereby cancel the August 21, 2003 bid date and re- <br />establishing a September 4, 2003 bid date for the County Road H Sidewalk <br />Project. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of August 2003. <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
