<br />Resolution 6073 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />1. The City Attorney shall review and approve the RLS prior to the City affixing its <br />signatures to the survey and seal to the deeds. If required, the applicants shall <br />submit a Title Commitment for City Attorney review. The applicants shall arrange <br />to modify or correct the RLS if so indicated by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />2. Deeds shall be recorded with Ramsey County to effectuate this subdivision within <br />one year of Council approval.
