RESOLUTION NO. 6082 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution 6082 Setting an Interest Rate and Administrative Fee for Special <br />Assessments Certified During 2003 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City will undertake the certification of several special assessment <br />levies during the balance of the year 2003; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it will most efficient and fair if the interest rate and administrative fees <br />are set once and then applied to all levies; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, these should be set so as to cover all costs to the city of providing <br />special assessments as a financing tool to its residents without being excessive. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View sets the interest rate of 4.5% and the administrative fee of $25.00 per parcel for <br />special assessments certified during 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 25th Day of August 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich <br /> City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL)
