<br />The low bidder was Tri-State Incorporated with a quote of $13,500 with a trade in <br />value of $5000 and tax of $552.50 – resulting in a total net cost of $9,052,50 <br /> <br />As previously stated, the 2003 adopted budget has $20,000.00 allocated for the <br />replacement purchase of the City’s asphalt roller.
