RESOLUTION NO. 6086 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO INSTALL STOP SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF <br />WOODALE DRIVE AND QUINCY STREET <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has received a request from the Safety <br />Committee of Multi Tech Systems Incorporated to convert the intersection of <br />Woodale Drive and Quincy Street into a four way stopped intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the traffic operations and identified <br />the intersection of Woodale Drive and Quincy Street as an intersection at which <br />additional traffic control is desirable. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City <br />Council, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 169.06, Subdivision 3, <br />does hereby authorize the installation of stop signs on Woodale Drive at Quincy <br />Street. <br /> <br />NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Department is <br />hereby authorized to install a stop signs on said street at said intersection. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of September 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
