<br />The options are summarized as follows: <br /> <br />Option 1 – Do Not Award a Contract <br /> <br />Option 2 - $149,877.50 construction cost / $187,350 estimated project cost <br />Award the contract for just the Base Bid - segment from Edgewood Drive to <br />Knollwood Drive <br /> <br />Option 3 - $383,914.60 construction cost / $480,000 estimated project cost <br />Award the contract for Base Bid and the Alternate – entire segment, from <br />Edgewood Drive to West City Limits <br /> <br />Option 4 - $257,000 construction cost / $322,000 estimated project cost <br />Award the contract for just the segment from Edgewood Drive to Knollwood <br />Drive.
