• Do not use the camcorder in such a way that it can be damaged. <br />(Example: throwing, dropping, extreme temperatures, unsafe situations) <br />• Never let an unauthorized individual use the camcorder. <br />• Keep camcorder and lens clean. <br />• Re-charge batteries before returning, if possible. <br /> <br /> <br />5. AUTHORIZED SUBJECTS <br />• Any authorized user must provide information to Cable Coordinator about <br />the subject matter for which the camcorder is to be used. <br />• The subject matter must be approved by the City Administrator and/or the <br />Cable Committee. <br />• The program the user is producing with the camcorder should be related to <br />the City of Mounds View, and conform to the guidelines outlined in the <br />Mounds View Cable Committee Mission Statement. <br />• The Camcorder cannot be used for Commercial purposes. <br />• A copy of any program produced using city equipment must be made <br />available for playback on Mounds View Cable Channel 16. <br /> <br /> <br /> Failure to abide by any of these rules may result in revocation of camcorder <br />access. <br /> <br /> <br />
