<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6133 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SEWER CONNECTION AND <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, development is occurring at 2442 County Road 10 which <br />necessitates access to sanitary services; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View does not provide sanitary service to this lot; <br />and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Metropolitan Council sanitary sewer intercept line is available on <br />the site which can be accessed provided the City enter into an agreement with Met <br />Council regarding the connection and maintenance. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to enter into said agreement, attached to <br />this resolution as Exhibit A, with the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View does hereby authorize the execution of a Sewer Connection and Maintenance <br />Agreement with Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 10th day of November, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL)
