(L.E.L.S.), Local No. 232 (Police <br />Sergeants) for 2003 <br /> <br /> <br />The attached resolution authorizes amendments to the LELS labor agreement <br />consistent with other City labor contracts previously discussed at City Council Executive <br />Sessions. The contract is for the year 2003 only. <br /> <br />The agreement specifies a 3% general wage increase and the equivalent increase to <br />the clothing allowance, plus new employer insurance contribution amounts. This <br />increase is the same as recently given to the L.E.L.S.
