<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6142 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution Ratifying the Labor Contract <br /> with Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (L.E.L.S.), <br /> Local No. 232 (Police Sergeants) for 2003 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ratify the <br />LELS, Local #232 (Police Sergeants) Contract for the year 2003, with the following <br />amendments: <br /> <br />1. Article 15.3: Replace section with the following: <br /> <br />For the year 2001, the Employer will contribute $448.68 for family coverage. For the <br />year 2002, the Employer will contribute $547.39 for family coverage. For the year 2003, <br />the Employer will contribute $557.55 for family coverage. <br /> <br />2. Article 17: Uniform allowance of $590.00 for 2001, $610.00 for 2002, and <br />$630.00 for 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Article 25: The duration of the contract shall be one year, calendar year <br />2003. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
