Staff has
started accumulating information. During the off-season Staff will perform an assessment
audit to review the Golf Course practices and procedures. This will be an ongoing project to
develop policies as needed. Initially policies and procedures are being identified, organized,
and clarified. However, operational improvement will be modified as needed. Staff will work
on this throughout the off season.

Development of marketing strategies for the 2004 season are in the works.
