(right of way areas) <br />• Repaired crushed culvert pipes (Laport Drive) <br />• Cut & replaced sunken asphalt due to erosion from collapsed man- <br />hole/catch basin <br />• Of located manholes (mapped) -14 Were raised and brought up to graded <br />level (3 are left to raise) <br /> <br />-There are approximately 23 “backyard” manholes which are exposed but <br />are not accessible with City equipment (equipment too large or heavy) <br />They are serving their purpose and do not need to be brought up to grade. <br /> <br />-There are approximately 85 manholes in the City of Mounds View right- <br />of-way (boulevards). <br /> <br />-9 of the 85 manholes are inaccessible due to structures being built on or <br />around them. <br /> Shop <br />• Began installing snow equipment on trucks <br />• Installed auto-lube system on #123 (new loader) <br />• General squad car, staff car, truck, and equipment maintenance repairs <br />• Assessed staff cars and soon-to-be retired squads and recommend plan <br />for replacing needed staff cars <br />• Reposition “v” plow on skid loader to make it ride in a lower position to <br />save on wear to cutting edges <br /> <br /> Streets <br /> <br />• Striped City-owned parking facilities and crosswalks <br />• Ongoing asphalt patching <br />• Received delivery of loader and dump truck
