Clearly, our mandate is to <br />meet the challenge of providing its high level of service, and meet the goal of a positive <br />cash flow. These objectives will be met with a conservative philosophy. With this <br />understanding, the financial viability of the facility can be successful. <br /> <br />In summary the management team of Mr. Manthis, Mr. Parker and I are committed to the <br />overall mission. Under this profile, decisions will be based on a common sense cost <br />effective approach.
