Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance No. 626, an Ordinance <br />Amending Chapter 401.02, Subd. 1 of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Mayor Coughlin opened the public hearing at 7:28 p.m. <br /> <br />The Assistant to the City Administrator indicated that upon direction from Council she had <br />prepared an ordinance that would change the Planning Commission to a nine (9) member board. <br /> <br />Mayor Coughlin closed the public hearing at 7:29 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Waive the Reading, Approve the Second Reading and <br />Adopt Ordinance 626, an Ordinance Amending Chapter 401.02, Subd. 1 of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Marty, Thomason, Quick, Stigney, Coughlin <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br /> B.
