These are based on a time coordinated structure. Let me
know if and when you want to elaborate on these further.

When necessary
A. The room preparation, airing and recording of live city meetings

1. All city meetings have a general time for playback. The specific televised
calendar/schedule for the various meetings is made once the city comes out with
its next monthly meeting calendar. I'll put together air times for the month of May
before I leave.

B. Playback of city meetings

1. Tapes of the city meetings, once the meetings are concluded, will have to
be put in the various tape players for their replays. Although a written schedule
for May will be prepared for these meetings in advance, these specific times,
along with the tapes, must be manually added and updated on the playback
system.

Every other day
A. Monitoring the room and the systems within

1. Making sure all the necessary devices for the televised playback of the
various city meetings and programs are powered and in working order.

At least three times per week, or when necessary
A. Maintaining the television bulletin board

1. Includes all updates that need to be typed in, any new messages and the
deleting of old ones. It also includes saving the board to file, in case the software
program itself is disrupted.
