RESOLUTION NO. 5806 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Resolution Approving a Step Increase for John Hughes <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John Hughes is a regular full-time employee who <br />works in the Public Works Department as the Community Center Custodian and <br />began employment with the City July 17, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hughes’ work performance has been rated <br />satisfactory or higher by his supervisor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hughes’ supervisor recommends that the City <br />Council approve a wage adjustment from step one to step two. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for John Hughes from step one <br />($13.40/hr) to step two ($14.06/hr) effective July 17, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of July, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Kathleen F.
