Item 08D <br />August 12, 2002 <br />Resolution 5821 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5821 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Resolution Approving a Step Increase for Kathi Osmonson <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kathi Osmonson is a regular full-time employee who <br />works in the Community Development Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Osmonson’s work performance has been rated <br />satisfactory or higher by her supervisor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Osmonson’s supervisor recommends that the City <br />Council approve a wage adjustment from step three to step four per Resolution <br />5668. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for Kathi Osmonson from step <br />three ($21.89/hr) to step four ($23.11/hr) effective June 24, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of August, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Kathleen F.
