August 12, 2002 <br />Item 08E <br />Resolution 5823 <br />M:\MasterFiles\1999 thru 2010\2002\City Council\Council Packets\08-12-02\Item 08E <br />Resolution 5823 Appointing Duane McCarty to the PCSC.doc <br />1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5823 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING DUANE MCCARTY <br />TO THE POLICE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Eric Miller resigned from the Police Civil Service Commission; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Duane McCarty has expressed an interest in filling Mr. Miller’s term; and <br /> <br />WHERAS, Mr. McCarty’s term would be effective August 13, 2002 until December 31, <br />2004 . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council do <br />hereby approve Duane McCarty for appointment to the Police Civil Service Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of August, 2002. <br /> <br />_______________________________________ <br />Attest: Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />________________________________________ <br />Seal: Kathleen F.
