Change funding levels <br /> <br />DEVELOP A FILING SYSTEM FOR PUBLIC WORKS <br />The Public Works Department has a goal to develop a comprehensive filing system. This issue <br />may appear trivial at first glance, but its creation and implementation is vital to the operations of <br />the Public Works Department. It will include a total restructuring of current practices and <br />establishment of a system whereby all Public Works documents are stored efficiently. Throughout <br />the process, Public Works will confer with other departments to ensure that this filing system will <br />correlate with their files when necessary. <br />
