OR- Phase in financial responsibility (example: 0 to 5 <br />years 50/50 cost split, 100% City after 5 years. A phased-in method may not be <br />needed with the mill and overlay of the street and associated utility corrections. <br /> <br />Terminate maintenance agreement <br />This should be done as a matter of bookkeeping. <br /> <br />On July 11, 2002, staff met with Cliff Ash and Mike Berke, representatives of the <br />Homeowners Association, to discuss these issues. Both representatives were in <br />agreement with staff on these items.
