<br />Issues related to the dedication of streets and utilities in Silver Lake Woods <br /> <br />Dedication of Outlot A to the City of Mounds View <br />This legal document will need to be drafted and executed by both parties. (This <br />may already be done.) City staff will confirm. <br /> <br />Dedication of easements over utilities not contained in Outlot A <br />A sketch and description as well as the actual easement documents will need to <br />be developed and executed by the property owners. Association is to pay any <br />and all fees. <br /> <br />As-built Plans <br />Are the as-built plans that the city has accurate? If not, additional data may need <br />to be collected. Association is to pay any and all fees. <br /> <br />Mapping <br />The City will need to have the streets and utilities added to its system (This may <br />already be done). If not, the Association is to pay any and all fees. <br /> <br />Legal fees encountered by the City <br />The City will expect the Association to pay for all legal fees the City encounters. <br /> <br />Other necessary legal documents <br />Various other legal documents and agreement may need to be drafted. Again, <br />the Association is to pay any and all fees. <br /> <br />Upgrades to current streets and utilities <br />City may resurface these streets as soon as next year. As per City policy, 100% <br />of the cost would be assessed to the adjacent property. Other related items can <br />and should be repaired at that time. These include removal and replacement of <br />settled and broken curb and manhole repairs. <br /> <br />Infrastructure Items <br />Street lights – private lights or Excel Energy lights <br />Strom Sewer Manholes - several need to be rehabilitated <br />Mail boxes – private (remain private) <br />Driveways – meet City ordinance? <br />Signage – Neighborhood Watch Signs (Are these public or private?) Staff will <br />confirm. <br />Monument – Privately owned and maintained <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
