The purchase of the water truck was approved <br /> by Council but not the transfer of monies from the Recreation <br /> Activity Fund revenues to the 1993 Parks Capital Equipment fund 100- <br /> 436-703 and Amendment of the 1993 Budget by increasing 100-4360-703 <br /> by $3 , 500 and by increasing transfer 100-3961 by $3 ,500. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to Approve Budget Transfer of $3 ,500 <br /> for the 1993 Purchase of the Water Truck Using Recreation Activity <br /> Fund Revenues to the 1993 Parks Capital Equipment fund 100-4360-703 <br /> and Amend the 1993 Budget by Increasing 100-4360-703 by $3,500 and <br /> By Increasing 100-4360-703 by $3, 500 and By Increasing Transfer 100- <br /> 3961 by $3 , 500 <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> F. Consideration of Resolution No. 4489 Approving CDBG Proposal for <br /> Utilities in the Four Neighborhood Park Buildings <br /> • Mary Saarion, Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry, asked that <br /> this item be postponed because she would have to rework the <br /> Community Development Block Grant. <br /> No action was taken on Resolution No. 4489 Approving CDBG Proposal <br /> for Utilities in the Four Neighborhood Park Buildings. <br /> G. Consideration of Resolution No. 4490 Regarding Credit Card Program <br /> Mary Saarion, Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry, stated <br /> that the Parks and Recreation Department is looking into the <br /> puss-ibili y—of credit-card regist-r-a-ttons—SevPra 1 other communities <br /> have adopted this policy and have had good response. Saarion stated <br /> that the Department would like to have this policy up and running by <br /> Spring registration. The Park and Recreation Department would like <br /> to try the program for one year and then assess its statistics and <br /> decide whether or not it pays to continue with this service. <br /> Councilmember Trude commented that the credit card program is an <br /> excellent idea. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to Adopt Resolution No. 4490 Agreeing <br /> to Credit Card Recreation Activity Registrations <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
