• PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> March 28, 1994 <br /> Mounds View City Hall <br /> .2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 7 : 00 <br /> p.m. on Monday, March 28, 1994 . <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Councilmembers Wuori, <br /> Trude, Quick and Blanchard <br /> IIIMEMBERS ABSENT: None <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Samantha Orduno, City Administrator; Tim Cruikshank, <br /> Assistant to the City Administrator; Mary Saarion, Director of Parks, <br /> Recreation and Forestry; Paul Harrington, City Planner <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Blanchard to Approve Minutes of March 14 , 1994 As <br /> Amended <br /> VOTE: 3 ayes 1—abstention 0 nays----Motion Ca-r—ried <br /> SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS: <br /> Focus 2000 Final Report <br /> Tim Cruikshank, Assistant to the City Administrator, reviewed the Focus <br /> 2000 program from its beginning to the present time. Cruikshank then <br /> introduced the Issue Project Team Chairs and announced that each Chair <br /> would be presenting their ;portion of the Focus 2000 Report. <br /> The presenters were Lynka Holey, Chair of the Housing and Neighborhoods <br /> Issue Project Team; Gayla Shoemake, Chair of the Growth, Development and <br /> Business Issue Project Team and Dan Nelson, Chair of the City Government <br /> 41, Issue Project Team. <br />
