Mounds View City Council Page Five . Regular Meeting April 11, 1994 E. Consideration of Award of Bid for Construction of Golf Course Clubhouse and Maintenance Building Mary Saarion, Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry stated that bids were opened for the golf course clubhouse building and golf course maintenance building on Wednesday, April 6. Saarion reported that 12 companies bid on the clubhouse with Ebert Construction being the low bid on both buildings at a cost of $244 ,400. MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Quick to Award the Bid for the Construction of the Golf Course Clubhouse and the Maintenance Building to Ebert Construction, Inc. at a Bid Price of $84, 500 for the Maintenance Building and $159, 900 for the Clubhouse Building VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried F. Consideration of Approval of Clean-Up Day Contracts Paul Harrington, City Planner, reported that Twin City Refuse, working in conjunction with Keith Krupenny & Sons Disposal had submitted a fee schedule in which the residents participating in the event would pay the entire costs of operating the clean-up day. The clean-up day was announced as May 7, 1994 from 9 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 • p.m. at the public works garage off Bronson. The fees were reviewed for the audience and several councilmembers commented on how important this event was to many Focus 2000 participants. MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Trude to approve a contract with Twin City Refuse and Keith Krupenny Disposal to provide services for the May 7 , 1994 Spring Clean-Up Day for the City of Mounds View according to the fee schedule presented to the City Council. VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried G. Consideration of Adoption of Resolution Nos. 4543 , 4544 and 4545 for MSA Road Designations Mike Ulrich, Public Works Supervisor, reported that Pleasantview Drive from County Road H2 to County Road I, County Road I from Pleasantview Drive to Silver Lake Road and Bronson Drive from Edgewood Drive to Quincy Street were the sections of road to be added to the City's State Aid Mileage. Ulrich reported that the addition of these segments of pavement will fulfill Mounds View's State Aid Mileage. MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Wuori to Adopt Resolution Nos. 4543 , 4544, and 4545 for MSA Road Designations A discussion took place among the Councilmembers regarding the condition of the road segments that will be turned back to the City.
