Mounds View City Council Page Nine <br /> . Regular Meeting April 11, 1994 <br /> Alice Frits, resident, 8072 Long Lake Road, stated that dogs are also <br /> using private property and their owners do not pick up after them. <br /> Alice Frits also commented that perhaps an article in the newsletter <br /> may help control the rollerblading on the sidewalks when people are <br /> walking on them. <br /> Bill Frits commented that mothers who are out walking their babies <br /> have dogs, large dogs, with them for protection because they are afraid <br /> to walk in this community. Frits stated that he felt that these persons <br /> don't want to go to the parks without protection. <br /> Mayor Linke commented that people everywhere are somewhat afraid or <br /> fearful that it is not just in the community of Mounds View. <br /> Mayor Linke announced the upcoming Council Meeting Dates. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business before this Council, Mayor Linke <br /> adjourned the meeting at 8: 08 p.m. <br /> • spectfull ubm'tted, <br /> Mic ele Severson <br /> Rec.rding Secretary <br />
