Mounds View City Council Page Ten <br /> 411 Regular Meeting May 23 , 1994 <br /> Harrington reported that the applicant is also requesting that the <br /> aforementioned property be rezoned to PUD, Planned Unit Development to <br /> accommodate the proposed use of that parcel by Multi-Tech for required <br /> parking area. Harrington further commented that this would provide <br /> consistent zoning for the entire Business Park complex. <br /> Harrington explained a major subdivision is also being requested for the <br /> property immediately to the west of the existing Multi-Tech site. <br /> Harrington reported that the easternmost of these two lots would be <br /> incorporated into the current proposal as parking area and the remaining <br /> parcel developed at a later date. <br /> Nelson presented the Master Plan and explained that this property is <br /> known as the Waste Property. Nelson explained that the proposal is the <br /> expansion of the Multi Tech facility. Nelson also presented the site <br /> plan to the Council showing the expansion. <br /> Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8 : 25 p.m. <br /> a. Consideration of Resolution No. 4575 Approving the Development <br /> Review of Multi-Tech <br /> • MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Quick to Adopt Resolution No. 4575 Approving the <br /> Development Review for Multi-Tech <br /> Councilmember Quick asked Orduno to update Council regarding park <br /> dedication fees. <br /> Orduno explained that EDA will be making the recommendation to Council to <br /> select a scenario. At the June 6 Council meeting a discussion and <br /> determination will take place regarding the fair market value for Multi- <br /> Tech, C. G. Hill and Everest. Staff will pursue a records search as to a <br /> claim by the previous owner that park dedication fees were paid (C. G. <br /> Hill property) . <br /> VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> b.
