Consideration of Clean-Up Day Fees <br /> Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, reported that <br /> staff had tentatively scheduled a Fall Clean-Up Day for Saturday, <br /> October 22 , 1994, from 9: 00 a.m. - 3 : 00 p.m. Harrington further <br /> reported that as in the Spring of this year, Twin City Refuse <br /> working in conjunction with Keith Krupenny and Son Disposal, will be <br /> providing collection services. Harrington explained that the fee <br /> 4111 schedule would be the same as used in the Spring. <br /> Councilmember Quick commented that drop off of tires for $1.50 is <br /> very reasonable. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Quick to Approve Clean-Up Day Terms with Twin <br /> City Refuse <br /> VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> B. Consideration of Development Review Request, Crouse Cartage Company <br /> Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, reported that <br /> the Crouse Cartage—Gompany ma c appIicati on for_a_development_re_view <br /> for site improvements they anticipate making at 2169 Mustang Drive <br /> in the City's Industrial Park. Harrington further reported that the <br /> project calls for the surfacing of approximately 90, 000 square feet <br /> of currently unimproved property for use as parking and staging <br /> area. Harrington also explained that the applicant would like to <br /> add approximately 3500 square feet to the existing loading dock area <br /> which would add 17 bays to the existing 34 currently available at <br /> the facility. <br /> Staff met with the City Engineer and according to a preliminary <br /> review of the project and its storm water runoff impacts, the plan <br /> provides for adequate storm water control and discharge from the <br /> 4111 site. Harrington stated that staff has referred the applicant to <br /> Kate Drewry at the Rice Creek Watershed District to discuss possible <br /> permitting requirements at that Agengy. Harrington noted that staff <br />
