Harrington reported that <br /> this ordinance is presented again for consideration of formal <br /> • adoption. Consideration of Preliminary Plat, Sherwood Estates <br /> Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, reported that <br /> Citywide Developers made application to the City Council for a Major <br /> Subdivision calling for 17 single family lots to be located <br /> northeast of the Spring Lake Road/Highway 10 intersection. <br /> Harrington reported that the proposed development would be partially <br /> services by a cul-de-sac to be constructed at the expense of the <br /> applicant. Harrington further reported that staff had reviewed the <br /> proposal and found that it met the general intent of the Municipal <br /> • Code, however, the possible need for storm water control ponding to <br /> service the development needed to be addressed. <br />
