SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> 11) <br /> The City Council has indicated that it intends to begin cable-casting the meetings <br /> of the Planning Commission and the Economic Development Commission. The <br /> Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 PM on February 17th. During that <br /> meeting, Patrick Toth (the City's cable TV producer) will give the Planning <br /> Commission a presentation on the cable-casting process. If the timing works <br /> out, it may be possible for us to temporarily adjourn the EDC meeting and join <br /> the Planning Commissioners, so that Mr. Toth does not have to give the same <br /> presentation twice. Accordingly, please be prepared to ask whatever questions <br /> you may have at that time. <br /> 4.
