11/ For any potential redevelopment site, each of the following criteria would be given a <br /> score from 1 to 3, based upon the extent to which the site satisfied that criterion (3= <br /> high, 2=medium, 1=low): <br /> 1. The site consists of vacant land and/or buildings, and if the latter, <br /> demolition costs will be minimal. <br /> 2. Redevelopment of the site meets the goals and objectives of the <br /> Comprehensive Guide Plan. <br /> 3. Few public infrastructure improvements (new streets, utilities, etc.) are <br /> needed to redevelop the site. <br /> 4. The site has a low market value. <br /> 5. Little or no public financial assistance will be needed to redevelop the <br /> site. <br /> 6. Redevelopment of the site will require little or no relocation assistance <br /> (financial or otherwise). <br /> 7. There is public and/or private interest in redeveloping the site. <br /> 8. There are few adverse site conditions (soil contamination, slopes, <br /> wetlands, etc.). <br /> • The maximumpossible score would be 24. Anysite receivingsuch a score would be <br /> at the top of the priority list.
